  Dung is needed

The final product of a winemaker is WINE, but at the same time a lot of you - winelovers are interested in how the wine is made. There is a different soil on our terroir of Terasy, Čtvrtě, Trkmanska and Pinot Noir goes better on some areas and it fights for life in the others. So, we have decided to apply an "old-fashioned" fertilization by the cow´s and horse´s dung (frankly, there is hardly any better way). We have applied earthworms and wermin-compost last year and we will keep doing it again.

We will distribute the dung manually into the prepared places between the lines, so that we won´t tamp the soil down too much...And after a shower :-) we´ll enjoy a sip of Blanc de Pinot noir 2014...
